Goodbye Varna,Hello Romania!

Waking up when the sun rises, looking from the wide window the black sea after her hypnotic waving. All the colours like a red rose open slowly. After our bulgarian breakfast I went for a photo discovery around. There is a monastery of St Constantin and Helena next to the hotel, its a beautiful building, unique architecture and a fantastic garden with ancient trees.

The sea was fantastic, wild waves crashing in my head!
We repacked everything and started our second day around 10:00 in the morning with destination Romania. On the way to the borders and after amazingly wide green fields with lines of trees creating natural borders.
A completely different atmosphere from Bulgaria is waiting for us in Romania. We passed by Constanta
and then we reached Tulcea. In that point we decided strangely to visit the delta of Dunarii. The road was very bad,our mood heavy, the landscape not promising and the nerves were kind of electric. Finally we decided to return to Tulcea and from there we realised that neither of us wanted to go to Murighol.

When we disgussed what happend we took our lesson to express and share on time our feelings and desires for the journey.
By the time we went back to Tulcea,it was already getting dark but we decided to continue.Despite the tiredness, the menstrual pain and the 400km on the road,i had this thirst for kilometres and breaking through all the existing limitations of my body.So we continued....Somewhere before Braila we found Dunarii...so beautiful, calm and full of deadly mosquitos! We took a little boat and crossed the big river and then we continued through amazing villages and forests till Iasi.

All the villages are full of people. Its like Greece thirty years ago.Horses and carriages, gardens, cows, children with shaved heads and old clothes playing without shoes on the side of the road, grannies working with their vegetable gardens, young girls and boys going out in the evening to walk in the center of the village. It was like when i was a child in my village. It brought tears of happiness in my eyes.
We arrived in Iasi after midnight after almost 15 hours on the road and 800km.Adrea,our friend was waiting for us to drive us home.
I had a shower that brought life back to my body and then a restful dreamy sleep!
